In my ten years in practice, I have found that I love helping patients get back to who they want to be in the world without having to worry about their health.

Specializing in women’s health and hormones, including fertility support, menopause, thyroid conditions, as well as being just plain tired and struggling to get through the day, I help women gain balance and health. Each stage of life presents different challenges for us women, yet I firmly believe we can be healthy through all of them.

I use a mix of traditional therapies, as well as more modern approaches, including hormone therapy, nutrients and herbs, and Chinese medicine. I use my background in biochemistry to help my patients understand what is happening and what may help get them back to health. I want to help women be who they want to be in the world and have the energy to do it.

I help get the body back in balance by looking at your health. I use safer, more natural alternatives to get your body back to its healthy self. I believe my job is to help you create health and wellness so that you don’t have to focus on the things that drain you physically, mentally, or emotionally. You can focus on the things that are important to you. When you stop worrying about your health, you can become the woman that you are supposed to be in the world.

My family relocated to Washington State to be closer family after the birth of our daughter.  I am available by telemedicine appointments and trust that you will get the same care!  I am also available for in-person visits for one week per month in California. This is a time-saving way to get excellent care without having to commute.  I often joke now that my plane ride is shorter than my bay area commute!  I am an active member of our practice, helping mentor other docs, along with collaborating with other doctors on more complex patients.

I graduated from Bastyr University, completing both a degree in Naturopathic Medicine, as well as a master's in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.  I completed a one-year residency focusing on women’s health and pediatrics before joining Naturopathic Family Health.

When I’m not researching my patients, you will find me playing with my 2-year-old daughter and puppy, traveling our backyard as well as the world, tending to my veggie and herb garden, or enjoying the sunshine on a hike.
